Director

Todd Patrick is a dancer, choreographer and artistic director.  He is also one of the most determined, talented and hard working high achievers seen in Australian dance circles in a long time.

Todd’s performing career started with American giants Walt Disney Studios.  Touring their shows throughout Asia as a singer and dancer, he then moved on to the Cabaret scene and danced at the prestigious Lido in Paris, France.

Todd has danced in major companies throughout Asia, Europe and Australia.  Always as a soloist or principle dancer, with his extensive training in all styles of dance as well as gymnastics he brought a raw power and extreme facility not seen from a male dancer and added something new to each show resulting in offers from The Moulin Rouge, Tokyo Disney, and Spanish, Portuguese and German dance companies.

Todd has also worked in the fashion industry as a model working in fashion weeks in Australia, Asia and Europe and in recent years has choreographed and modelled for such names as MAC Cosmetics, Christian Dior, Versace, Issey Miyake, Chanel and Gucci along side Giselle Bundchen, John Galliano and Karl Lagerfeld.

In the commercial industry, Todd has performed and choreographed for pop artists including Vanessa Amorosi, Ricki Lee Coulter, Zoe Badwi, Madison Avenue, Guy Sebastian, Kate Ceberano and Dannii Minogue in film clips, TV appearances and live performances.  Todd has displayed his styling and choreography skills with international DJs and pop artists like Inaya Day (New York), Barbara Tucker (New York), Peyton (London) and DJ Frankie Knuckles (New York).

In the last few years, Todd has made his mark on the industry by being awarded choreography contracts for SKII Cosmetics for their Asia-wide TV advertising campaign, Kate Alexa’s film clips and live shows, "Countdown - The Arena Spectacular" Australian tour, the Australian movie premiere of "Hairspray" where he worked with the film’s stars Zac Effron and Nicki Blonski.

Todd has also created and choreographed huge corporate functions at Crown Casino, the New Melbourne Exhibition Center, Federation Square and the Royal Theatre for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, Foxtel and HBA.  In 2008 and 2009, Todd provided choreography to the Alannah & Madeline Foundation’s Starry Starry Night charity gala, working with the celebrity performers and providing a dance company of 60 dancers.  Todd is currently working on Sensation for an audience of 40,000 at Etihad Stadium on New Year's Eve in Melbourne.

In 2009, Todd filmed three episodes of the nationally televised "Rock Eisteddfod Challenge" on Channel Nine and made his radio debut with Nova 100.  He also choreographed a Kmart TV commercial for the SapientNitro advertising agency.  In 2008, he choreographed a show for Malaysia’s biggest casino opening to rave reviews across Asia.

On top of all this, Todd opened Clover Agency & Events to support his talents’ needs and runs the largest performing arts school in Melbourne, Patrick Studios Australia, for which he designed a fulltime and junior elite course specifically to train dancers for a professional career in the arts.  His students are now following in his footsteps and can be seen around the world in shows like Wicked, Shout, Chicago 42nd Street, in venues across Europe including The Lido and the Moulin Rouge, music videos, TV programs, cruise ships, commercial functions and fashion parades with highly acclaimed directors and choreographers.
